The College of Arts and Sciences has two electorates: one for faculty in the sciences and one for faculty in the humanities. The College of Professional Studies is not represented on the committee. Committee members serve staggered two-year terms and are not eligible to serve two terms consecutively.

The committee is chaired by Provost Gretchen Ritter and is convened by Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs Jamie Winders. It also includes the University’s Vice President for Research Duncan Brown.

Additional information about the committee, its composition and its operations can be found in the frequently asked questions document on the provost’s website.
